Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains in plain language what information we collect, why, where we keep it, and your rights. Deep Health Canada is subject to Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
Who we are
Deep Health Canada is a precision-health and longevity education business based in Quebec, Canada. Our content and sessions are educational only, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional) and message.
- Correspondence: what you send us by email, or on WhatsApp if you choose to message us there.
- Initial questionnaire: if you become a client, we may send you a questionnaire about your goals and routine. We never send a health questionnaire without your explicit consent first.
- We do not ask for detailed health information through the website form.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and schedule your session.
- To provide and follow up on the educational sessions you asked for.
- We do not use your information for any other purpose without your consent, and we never sell or rent it.
Consent and withdrawal
We collect your information with your consent, for example when you tick the consent box on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@deephealthcanada.ca; we will then stop using your information and delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
Where your information is stored
- Contact form requests are stored on our server hosted by netcup in the European Union (Austria), which is outside Quebec.
- Email is handled through Microsoft 365, and messages may be stored in Microsoft data centres outside Quebec.
- If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages go through Meta’s WhatsApp service and may be stored outside Quebec.
- Before information is communicated outside Quebec, we assess the protection these providers offer and choose providers with strong security standards.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to a session are deleted within 12 months.
- Client information is kept for as long as needed to provide and follow up on the sessions, then securely deleted.
How we protect it
- Encrypted connection (HTTPS) between your browser and the website.
- Form requests are stored in a file on the server that is not published on the web and is accessible only to the administrator.
- Restricted access to the server and to email.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own site.
To count how many times the free book is downloaded, and for no other purpose, our server logs requests for the book file (IP address, time and browser type). These logs are deleted automatically within about 90 days and are not shared with anyone.
Your rights
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Have it corrected or updated.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw your consent.
- Make a complaint to us, or to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec: www.cai.gouv.qc.ca

Minors
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
